About Coach Isaiah

Coach Isaiah grew up playing competitive soccer and hockey and was an

avid extreme sports enthusiast constantly pushing his limits on his

snowboard, skateboard, BMX, ATVs, and kayaks. At age 24 he became a

certified personal trainer and enrolled at James Madison University where

he majored in Exercise Science with a concentration in applied exercise

physiology. At JMU he interned with the Strength & Conditioning

department working with D1 Collegiate athletes. Upon graduation he went

on to earn his Masters in Sports Medicine: Strength & Conditioning from

University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Here he forged the opportunities

to apprentice world class coaches training D1 collegiate athletes,

Olympians, professional athletes and fighters, SWAT, and US Special

Forces Green Beret operators.

He now specializes in human performance

working with youth athletes, professional polo players, and general

population looking to maximize their quality of life. Beyond his people

skills and genuine passion for helping others, his differential factor is his

ability to understand complex scientific theories and apply them to his

training methods. Because of this, he has successfully helped improve the

performance of countless athletes across countless sports, positions, ages,

and competitive levels. When not training his clients and athletes, coach

Isaiah enjoys reading scientific literature spanning from business branding

to quantum biology, competing in the highland games, hiking,

snowboarding, working out and socializing with the amazing people in his

life.
