Polo Performance Training

Coach Isaiah brings over 8 years of experience working with Mira Vista Polo, where he has helped athletes develop the essential skills needed to excel in the sport. With deep expertise in polo performance and training, he has supported numerous players across the polo community in reaching higher levels of success. His knowledge and impact have also been recognized through published articles in the prestigious USPA Polo magazine, highlighting his authority and commitment to the sport.

Age-Specific Training

Our programs are tailored for different age groups, from young children to teenagers. Each age-specific training module focuses on developing fundamental movement skills, strength, speed and agility, fostering a solid foundation for future athletic success.

Legends of Tomorrow Performance

For over a decade, we’ve been refining our youth athletic development program, LOT Performance, to help athletes reach their full potential in any sport or position. From young beginners to Division I college athletes, every training plan is personalized to match individual needs, goals, and long term development.


Our approach goes beyond training we build strong relationships, support our athletes on and off the field, and show up to cheer them on at their games. At LOT Performance, we’re fully committed to developing confident, high-performing athletes and helping them succeed at every stage of their journey.

This class is all about elevating your game—sharpening essential individual skills like dribbling and shooting while developing elite field vision and a higher soccer IQ to make smarter, faster decisions on the pitch.

Youth Athletic Performance Training

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Open to all middle and high school athletes, this class is designed to unlock your full athletic potential maximizing movement quality, refining mechanics, and building explosive speed, agility, strength, and power. Through focused training, you’ll also enhance your conditioning, balance, coordination, and reaction time, creating a strong physical foundation to excel in any sport or position.

Little Legends

Tuesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm



Research shows that starting athletic development early is crucial for long-term success. Designed for kids ages 7–12, this class builds a strong foundation in essential athletic skills through fun, engaging, and play-based training. Young athletes will develop coordination, balance, agility, and confidence in a supportive environment—setting them up to succeed in any sport as they grow.

Active Fitness Class

Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Thursdays 7:00pm-8:00pm


As adults, our quality of life is directly shaped by how we look, feel, and move. This program combines strength training, mobility work, and cardiovascular conditioning with essential motor skill development like balance, coordination, and reaction time to help you stay active and capable.
